Physiotherapist

Natalie Wood graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy in 1997. She has provided Physiotherapy services for more than 20 years in South Australia, Darwin, Albury Wodonga, the United Kingdom and now in Canberra. Natalie’s belief as a physiotherapist is to keep people moving and involved in whatever their passion is. health and exercise are for everyone at all levels and throughout all life stages and she leads by example.

Natalie is a passionate and accomplished marathon runner and endurance triathlete. She has come a long way since her years at University where she ran her first marathon and started training with a local triathlon club. She is a regular age group podium finisher and has competed in the iconic and gruelling Hawaii Ironman Triathlon 5 times achieving a speedy PB of 10hrs and 48mins (3.8km swim, 180K ride and 42km run). She has recently found a love of trail running and enjoys the many opportunities the bush capital has to offer.

Outside of Physiotherapy Natalie enjoys knitting and owns the speciality knitting and crochet shop, Woolshed in Manuka. She enjoys the creativity and peacefulness that knitting provides.
